Contacting and Inviting Tips:

• Phone calls are the best way to approach your prospects. They can’t hear your enthusiasm, sincerity and passion in a text, social  media message, or email. This is a relationship-based business, so we want to connect with people individually voice-to-voice  whenever possible.

• Be in a hurry. This sense of urgency will help to minimize your prospects bombarding you with questions when you speak to them.  They should be able to tell from the tone of your voice that you don’t have a lot of time to talk.

• Make the Invitation. “If I ____________________________ , would you ______________ ?”

• Don’t get into details over the phone. When your prospects ask you questions like, “What is it?” or “Can you tell me more about it?”,  direct them back to a 3rd party tool, 3-way call, or the event you’re inviting them to. Their curiosity becomes another reason for  them to watch the video and attend the event.

• Less is more. If you answer questions or explain details over the phone, your prospects will feel like there’s no need for them to  attend an event/watch a video. Our goal is to always have people see a full presentation before they make a decision.

• Practice your script with your support team before you start making calls. This will help you feel more comfortable and confident in  what you’re going to say. Role-playing makes a BIG difference!

• Work with your support team to do 3-way calls. You can use 3-way calls to invite or confirm your guests for a live event, such as a  private Zoom call, corporate Zoom call or a sit-down. A 3-way call can be used as a follow up to answer questions, handle objections,  and close a prospect. Many associates believe more 3-ways can lead to more paydays

Types Of Prospects

BLUES - People who look up to you

BLUES are the easiest to recruit. Because they respect you, You can pretty much use the DIRECT approach.

"John, You know that I`am all about business and making money. I only play to win and I don`t waste time on business ventures that won`t make me money. I have come across a home run, and I want to let you in on it. Be at my  house for a Private Business Reception on Tuesday at 7 P.M  so I can fill you in and get you in the game. See you there. (Direct)

Greens-Your Peers

GREENS  are your peers who see themselves as being on the same socioeconomic level as you. And as we know, these friendly folks are often the most skeptical about our opinion about anything business-wise. So you can`t just tell them they need to join you. You have to relate to them and connect your why with their why.

"Kim, you know how I have been so stressed out for a while now about not making enough money and sinking deeper into debt? I have been getting advice from some of the most financially savvy people I know to come up with a plan to dig out and get into a better financial place. Do you feel where I`m coming from, and can you relate?

Well, a very successful associate shared a business idea with me that looks like the way to change my situation. And because I thought you might be feeling the same as me. I wanted to let you in on this as well. Come with me to reception he is having this Thursday at 7 p.m. and check into this project with me. It might be the answer to our prayers." (INDIRECT)

REDS- People You Look Up To

REDS are more successful  than you, and therefore most likely will not respect your business opinion about your network marketing business. You cannot approach them about showing them a way to make more money. They already out-earn you! So what can you teach them? With Reds, you must stroke their ego and ask for help.

"Mr. Smith, You know I have been keenly aware of your amazing success in business.  I have admired your many accomplishments, and I often wish that I had a mentor to help me learn to be half as successful as you. I am really trying to find the right opportunity to create my path so I can be a great example and provider for my family. I ran across a business that looks to me like a huge opportunity. Since you know so much more about how to evaluate a business than I do. I wonder if you would invest an hour or less of your time to come with me to check it out (or invest five minutes of your time to review a short video) and give me your opinion. If you think it is a smart move or not a good idea, I trust that you would tell it to me straight. Would you do me this favor? (INDIRECT)

Once the RED sees the presentation,  Listen to their opinion to see if they show signs of interest in joining themselves or at least becoming a customer. Do not let yourself get discouraged if a RED tells you not to waste your time on this business.  This is Just one prospect, and a clever approach. Thank them for their time, more on to the next.

What Experts will say on the 3-way Call

Practice out loud until you sound confident

  Edify your (UPLINE) EXPERT

“I’m working on this with the best person ever. He(she) knows all the facts about this, knows how the big money’s being made, is so fun but also down to earth and loves to help people. Hold on, let me get him on the phone with us for two minutes so he can explain how simple this is to do.”

           1. Greeting: “Hi, _____ (prospect Name). This is _______ (expert), it's a pleasure to meet you by phone!”

          2.   Ice-breaker: “______ (associate first name) tells me you had the opportunity to review  some information about what we do and how we help people.

         3.   Leading Question: What did you like best about everything you’ve seen and    heard so far?” (Let them answer)

         4.   Relate:  “I can appreciate that....” (Share your story/experience & why you can appreciate where they’re coming from.) USING FEEl, FELT, FOUND

         5.  Handle Basic Questions: “What questions can I answer for you, or was everything pretty straight forward?” (Briefly answer basic questions. If their questions are too overwhelming to handle at this moment, proceed as if their interest level is a 7 or below and proceed accordingly…)*

       6. Gauge Interest Level: “Great! On a 1-10 scale, 1 being not interested at all and 10 being ready to get started, where would you say your interest level is on a scale of 1-10?”

*If “7” or below: Ask what it would take for them to be a “9” or “10”. Afterwards invite them to the next event and/or schedule the next exposure and follow up in your calendar. If uninterested, get them info about our services, ask for referrals, and thank them sincerely for their time.

If “8 - 10”: That usually means they’re ready and just need some direction on getting started properly. Ask what else they need to know before they get started (Use the “4 Question Close” below if they are interested in the opportunity.) Give them reassurance, sign them up, and repeat this whole process. Have the attitude of a “taprooter” which says, “It’s almost impossible for this person to put me on the phone with 10 (or more) people and not have somebody ready to sign up!”

The “4 Question Close”

1. “If you were to get started on a part-time basis, how much money would you need to earn on a monthly basis to make this worth your time (realistically)?” (Remember each answer.)

2. “How many hours per week would you be willing to invest realistically (toward that goal)?”

3. “How many months will you allow us to coach you until you get there?”

4. “So if we can help you put together a plan to earn $______ per month, working ____ hours per week, over the next ____ months, would you be ready to get started?

”

If yes, start completing the application: “Great! Welcome to the team! The next step is to get your applications done and your direct deposit set up so you can start earning daily income right now…”  (Complete First Steps Game Plan)

If no, go back to the response for someone who's a “7 or below" and determine what they need next.

Example: If I could show you how to develop $1,000 monthly residual income, working 5 to 10 hours a week. over the course of the nest 6 months, would you be ready to get started? If I could show you how to develop a $5,000 monthly income working 20 hours a week over the course of the next 12 months, would you be ready to get started?  If I could show you how to get everything you wanted, If I just asked you, what`s your dream situation, and if I could show you how to get it, would you be ready to get going with me?
